First, we are SO GLAD you are here! This is a new journey for us and we are excited to see the growth of Luminant Muscle. 

We wanted to add the most common questions and answers below to provide you key information in your shopping experience. Thank you all so much for your patience and support as we get started and begin to grow the brand! 

 

How often do we release new items?

We are consistently looking for the best apparel that meets our standards and creating new designs and ideas alike. Make sure you follow us on Instagram and Facebook, as well as sign up for our newsletter for updates. We don't do spam. Promise!

 

Can I order sold out items?

Each product run is a limited release which means once a size or style has sold out, they are no longer available. We work with a great distributor and printer but they do require minimum orders. Based on popularity and feedback, we may do additional runs of a certain style or switch up the color palette. Our goal is to keep each item unique so that we can continue to showcase new product and designs. Share and post your favorite designs so that we can utilize your feedback for future designs!

 

How does shipping work?

At this time we are only shipping within the contiguous U.S. Upon checkout, shipping will be calculated automatically utilizing our business shipping account for the best prices. Once your order is processed, you will receive tracking information via email.

 

Our return policy?

We are happy to accept returns, as long as the item is unworn, in the original packing, and returned within 7 days of receiving your order. You pay for shipping and handling back to us. Upon receipt, we will verify the condition and original packaging, and issue your refund. No additional fees apply. 

 

Why do the size charts vary?

We do our best to add sizing charts to each piece if available from the manufacturer. We work with many different manufacturers whose sizing metrics are all different. Our apparel is carefully chosen for optimum quality, and the best fit possible.
